Take me out to the ball park.

Charlotte took a stroll to see the ball park.
Alex shows up to see what all the fun is about.

It turns out that the fun was running up and down the bleachers and hearing them clang under your own footsteps.

Charlotte and Alex share a romantic moment

I wish I had a better shutter finger. I might have caught Charlotte's first kiss.

Charlotte meets Alex.

Charlotte meets a new friend, Alex. He shares his Goldfish crackers.

It was soon after this that she and I went off to eat the lunch that I'd packed for her. Then it was back to playing.
Alex, her buddy with the crackers, has come along to play. What fun!

Fun at the Reston North Park

I took Charlotte to a local playground this morning. As usual, she loved all the climbing and sliding.

Bath time, yet?

So she went straight to a mini-bath in the sink post-bunny. Then another full blown bath was needed in the bath tub. She was a little wired from the chocolate, so even grumpy daddy let her stay up about 20 minutes after bedtime.

In the garden

We went back to Meadow Lark Gardens this morning for a walk (and renewed our annual pass, so expect more garden pics over the coming months).

Little random

I've been sick all week, here's Charlotte offering me a much needed tissue. And yes, we did comb her hair this morning after the initial Easter fun was completed :)

Easter Egg Hunt

This morning Charlotte found the Easter Bunny left her a few presents. The eggs had cheerios, raisins, and dried apples in them (aka breakfast).
